1: Live music provides energy and excitement with a visual impact that simply cannot be

3: The band consists of five great musicians.
4: The FlashBack Dance Band plays all of the most popular styles of music — just have a look at our extensive song list! We can play music from all generations and styles including jazz, swing, classic rock, Motown, disco, and pop.
5: Absolutely! The song list is intended to show the range of musical styles the band can
perform but does not represent our complete repertoire. Special songs can also be learned for your event if necessary.
6: We provide everything required to support our performance, including a high quality
professional sound system at no additional charge.
7: Weather permitting; we can play at outdoor locations. We require a single dedicated standard 120V electrical power source within 20 feet of the band's setup location.
8: I would suggest that you see us live instead of getting a CD. The reason for that is The FlashBack Dance Band puts on a great show that you can’t get from a CD. We play private functions and public clubs.
9: For most weddings we act as the Master of Ceremonies for announcements,
introductions, special dances, cake cutting, bridal bouquet toss, and all other reception events. Our service includes full pre-wedding coordination to determine music selection,
announcements, event timetable, and all other details for your special day.
10: Band musicians can also play for your ceremony, or we can provide you with a vocalist or pianist.
11: The men are dressed in tuxedos and our lady vocalist (if hired) wears formal evening attire for formal events such as weddings. For corporate and other events, business attire is worn unless otherwise specified by the client.
12: The band takes one 15 minute break each hour. If desired, recorded music can be
played during these break periods to provide continuous music for your event.
13: Although based in St Louis, the band also performs in the Illinois. We will travel where
your event is located.
14: Our competitive fees are based upon several factors including the number of musicians, quantity of hours, and location. Please contact us for a free quotation.
15: An initial deposit of $400.00 is required with the contract to reserve the band. The
balance is due the night of your event. Acceptable forms of payment are checks or cash.
16: Although optional, meals are nearly always provided for band musicians since performers spend 8 - 10 hours including travel, setup/teardown, and playing times. Vendor meals are generally available at a reduced cost. Gratuities are optional and not included in our
fees.
